School Clubs
Manor Community Primary School offers our children a range of exciting clubs.
Term 5&6 (2025/2026)
If you wish to enrol your child for one of our fantastic clubs please see below how to book them on. The booking system for the clubs will open on Arbor Parent Portal at 9am on 20th April 2026.
Clubs are bookable for 2 terms at a time. September to December, January to March and April to July. You must rebook your child on to the club as membership is not carried over.
By making the online payment you are also agreeing to our code of conduct. This agreement ensures that children are safe, enjoy the sessions and that everyone is given equal opportunities.
After School Club Code of Conduct Agreement
To ensure that children are safe, enjoy the sessions and that everyone is given equal opportunities, pupils are expected to:
Wear the appropriate clothing (full PE kits must be worn for sports/dance). If your child does not have the appropriate clothing / footwear, you will be contacted to come and collect your child.
Listen to the adults in charge and follow our school rules. Should we be concerned about a child’s behaviour during a school club, we will;
1) Give a warning
2) Give Timeout
3) Inform the parent
Where there is no improvement in behaviour, the club place may be withdrawn
Parents must collect children on time from the club, if a parent is late collecting we will enter the child into Westhill Life after school club and an additional charge will be made to the parent.
If a child will not be attending an afterschool club for any reason the parent will contact the school office and advise.
EKB Performing Arts - Monday and Friday
EKB will continue to run Performing Arts and Musical Theatre (Website Link - EKB Performing Arts). These clubs are very popular with the children.
Musical Theatre club - Mondays - Year 1-6 - 3:15pm to 4:15pm. Priced at £50
Performing Arts Club - Fridays - Year 1-6 - 3.15pm to 4:15pm Priced at £50
Animal Care Club (formerly Farmers Club) - Wednesday
Miss Bright will be running a farmer club after school on a Wednesday from 3.15pm to 4.15pm for a small group of children to help with our animals.
There are only 10 spaces and the cost of this club is £33.00 with all money going back to resources for the animals.

Gardening Club- New-Fridays Yrs 5&6
Join our Gardening Club for Years 5 and 6 and get your hands dirty while learning all about growing your own food! Pupils will help maintain the school allotment, planting and caring for a variety of fruits and vegetables. Along the way, they’ll discover different plant varieties, learn how to grow from seed, and develop important gardening skills.
Children will have the exciting opportunity to taste the produce they grow and even take some home to share with their families. They’ll also help grow food for the school animals and take part in planting and maintaining beautiful areas around the school, including planters and garden spaces.
Whether you’re a beginner or already love gardening, this club is a fun, hands-on way to learn, explore nature, and see the results of your hard work! 🌱🍓🥕

Young Carers Club - NEW - Mondays
Mrs Rothwell - Family Support Manager will be running an after school club for pupils that attend our school that are also young carers. This is a free club.
Invitations have been sent to our young carers for this club.
If your child is a young carer and you would like to book on to the club please contact the office.
Pro Futures - Mondays, Tuesday, Thursday Bookable Termly
Multi Sports club for Years 1 - 6 is Monday 3:15pm-4:15pm. This club is £32 for term 5.
Lego Club for Years 1-6 is Tuesday 3:15pm to 4:15pm. This club is £32 for term 5.
Football Club for years 1-6 is Thursday 3:15pm to 4:15pm. This club is £38 for term 5.
Football Academy - Year 1 to 6 - Friday
Our Manor Community Football Academy will run on Fridays by Dartford District for years girls and boys in years 1 to 6 from 3.15pm to 4.15pm. This club is £40.00
Years 1/2 - Focusing on basic ball skill and team work
Years 3/4 - focusing on developing the player in competitive technical practices
Years 5/6 - focusing on developing the school team structure and taking part in competitive games

Book Club - Years 2 to 4 - Wednesday
Mrs Meekcomes will continue her book club after school on a Wednesday from 3:15pm to 4:15pm. The children will be reading different books through the club and talking about the story and characters. This club is £27.50

Arts & Crafts - Years 1 to 2 - Thursday
Miss Buckley and Mrs Palmer will be running our arts and crafts club for years 1 and 2 from 3.10pm to 4.10pm. This club is £38.50

Miss Saunders will be running our arts and crafts club for years 3 and 4 from 3.15pm to 4.15pm. This club is £38.50

Street Dance - year 3 to 6 Monday - Year 1&2 Tuesday
Mrs Kingston will be running street dance club.
Monday 3.15pm to 4.15pm - Years 3 to 6 (send dance clothes in bag). This club is £30.00
Tuesday 8.00am to 8.30am - Year 1/2 (wear dance clothes in, school clothes in bag). This club is £16.50
