Manor Family Support Team Statemen of Intent
We intend to support Parenting Capacity by gathering clear and factual information about their child’s specific needs through robust, friendly engagement.
Children at Manor School are our paramount concern, and we aim to support the emotional, psychological, intellectual, and social development of children and young people by adopting a child-centred perspective throughout.
We want to empower families to make changes that enable children to be safe and to realise their potential in an environment where families are valued and treated with respect as individuals.
Our vision is to provide information and work alongside partner agencies to enable high-quality multi agency services and facilities.
Our mission is to deliver the best service to support parents and children to re-build relationships, re-engage and cover all aspects of parenting in a safe and caring environment.
Manor Family Support Team place emphasis on ensuring that all our school community are valued and nurtured, considering their culture, language, ethnicity, gender, disability, religion, age, and sexual orientation.
Manor Family Support Team provides an environment where families are valued and treated with respect. We operate within our safeguarding policy and all school staff are trained and committed to the delivery of this policy.
We work with families from a wide variety of backgrounds with different languages, lifestyles and beliefs.
